Let´s talk about DIGITAL NOMAD VISA: Find Your Perfect Match with EmigraHoy

After the COVID-19 pandemic, the business world has experienced a significant shift towards remote work, enabling people to maintain productivity without needing a physical office. This trend has also transformed the tourism industry both in Colombia and globally.
With the help of technological tools, it’s now possible to participate in meetings and work sessions from anywhere with an internet connection. This change has given rise to the concept of “digital nomadism,” which refers to individuals who perform their professional activities remotely using information technologies and are not limited to residing in a single country.
Digital nomads are known for regularly changing their place of residence. Estonia pioneered the introduction of a specialized visa program for digital nomads in July 2020, and Italy joined this initiative in April 2024.
